The new TS 2000 ECO is a fully automatic machine for the production of vertical blinds equipped with a touch-screen activated computer cutting, punching, folding and welding by ultrasounds with an automatic insertion of the hangers.
The machine is able to process with a precision of +/- 0,1mm and a productivity of 240 louvers per hour (average size).
Soft trevira cs frabrics can be processed exacly like coated fabrics, since our machine is fitted with a special device allowing instant coating when needed.
TS 2000 ECO has been conceived taking advatange of the technology and exeperience made with the standard model to answer requirements for a lower productivity.
