The TS500 is an automatic machine for the production of vertical blinds equipped with a touch-screen computer for cutting, punching, folding and thermo-welding by two pressing bars. An accuracy of ± 0,1 mm in size measurement and a hourly output of 150 louvers (average size) are some of TS500 topics, together with the possibility of processing the Soft Trevira CS fabrics like the coated ones just by adding an adhesive tape glue when needed, by mean of a permanent device.The ready slat can be easily fitted with slat holder and bottom weight by the operator. Slope blinds are also automatically manufactured by the TS500.
