TR 3700 AUTOMATIC

Fully automatic machine for processing fabrics for interior blinds as well as awnings. The machine automatically folds and welds pre-cut fabric sheet up to 8 meters, both coated and uncoated, by applying an adhesive film. Welding is performed by two heating elements and a pneumatic pressure bar. TR 3700 AUTOMATIC is available in two versions: 6- and 8-meter effective welding lengths. The new motorized guide handles any profile to be applied accurately, up to a maximum diameter of 10 mm. The software allows to store up to 10 different profiles, associating each one with its corresponding positioning on the fabric. The new automatic welding section changing system allows you to easily set the weld width to 10mm or 20mm by selecting the appropriate option on the PLC. This means that with a single machine, you can easily switch from manufacturing interior roller blinds to awnings. One last optional feature is the temperature control system, which allows you to set the welding parameters directly in degrees Celsius, in addition to setting them based on welding and cooling time.
